Due to Sioux Falls Park and Rec swimming lessons at Spellerberg
Pool, evening practice
for the remainder of July will begin at 9:00 PM and end no later
than 10:30 PM. As we get closer to State Championships the
last week of July, practices will be finished before 10:30
PM.
Galapagos practice will be at 8:00AM Tuesday, July 20 at Drake
Springs. Leopard will be at 7:30 AM at Frank Olson.
This will also be the schedule for the following Tuesday, July 27.
Please note the registration deadline for State. If you
are regestered for B/C Champs, please look at your entries.
All entries for B/C will be submitted Monday AM. If
you have qualifying times for State Championships, you will be
entered unless you tell Coach Paula otherwise.
If you are close to a AAA time and would like to go to a Zone
Championship Meet, all paperwork is due to Chad Thomsen (Snowfox)
or Elyce Kastigar (Aberdeen) by Sunday, July 18. All forms
can be found on www.sdswimming.org.
As I just realized these updates can be posted on the front page
of the website, you may now look at the "News" tab anytime and read
the updates. Who knows what else this great program has to
offer (and if you do, please share!)
The season is concluding soon and swimmers are swimming
well! The State Championship meets will be
exciting!
