BC Warm-up Information

 
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled warm-ups.  Lane assignments and times as follows:

Friday Session 1:  1:30 PM Lanes 7,8

Friday Session 2: 4:45 Second Warm-up, Lanes 1, 2, 3

Saturday Session 3:  Second Warm-ups 10:45 Lanes 3, 4

Sunday Session 4:  Second Warm-ups 10:45 Lanes 3, 4

Coach Ellen and Coach Bill will be on deck all four sessions.  Please check-in with them prior to warm-ups or for any scratces.
